Injury Prevention for Circus Artists
Learn how to prevent injuries, recover more quickly, and get the most out of your physical training practice! Created and taught by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, this series is designed to introduce you to your body’s unique anatomy and mechanics, and introduce methods to correct the imbalances that lead to physical limitation and injury. This class can be offered as a 2-hour brief overview of basics, or a 4-week deep dive that includes education on the science behind healing/training principles, assessing and tracking progress, and identifying when you need more help.

Specialty Deep Dives
These 2-hour workshops deep dive into the anatomy, physiology and injury prevention considerations for our most desperately needed and commonly misunderstood regions. Past workshops have focused on such regions as: the pelvic floor, shoulder, head/neck, feet, ribcage, and core.

The Science of Splits
By popular demand, this class is all about nerding out on your splits. You want them. You might even have them. But do you really KNOW them?  In this 2 hour workshop, you will learn the anatomy and mechanics of splits while experimenting with new and exciting ways of elevating them.
